These Terms govern the use of HostelsIndia.in and all related services, owned and operated by Twinscreates (GST Registered Company).

1. For Hostel Owners (Subscribers)

• Membership required (6-month or 1-year plan).
• One-month free trial included.
• Subscription fees based on number of beds/branches.
• Each branch/location billed separately.
• Non-renewal results in automatic removal from the platform.

2. For Users (Students/Guests)

• Browsing and searching is free.
• We do not handle bookings, payments, or admissions.
• Users must verify details with hostel owners before joining.

3. Prohibited Activities

• No fake listings, misleading info, or illegal content.
• No obscene, defamatory, or hateful content.
• No hacking, spamming, or misuse of services.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, system design, and branding belong to Twinscreates.
• Unauthorized copying, resale, or exploitation is prohibited.

5. Termination of Access

• We may suspend/remove accounts violating terms.

6. Indemnity

Users and hostel owners agree to indemnify and hold Twinscreates harmless against all claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Hostel disputes, fraud, negligence.
• User misconduct or illegal activity.
• Third-party claims (ads, gateways, regulators).

7. No Guarantees / No Warranties

• Services are provided “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE”.
• No guarantees about accuracy, continuity, or fitness for purpose.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for events beyond control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, strikes, etc.).

9. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall be resolved exclusively under Chennai High Court, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform = acceptance of updated terms.
